RMDA Announces the Appointment of New Board Members
Restaurant Marketing and Delivery Trends Drive Need for Association to Set Standards and Assist in Restaurant Revitalization and Customer Experience
MARCH 30, 2021 – AUSTIN, TX - Restaurant Marketing and Delivery Association (RMDA) is pleased to announce the appointment of four new members to its Board of Directors.
RMDA’s new Board Members are Andrew Simmons, President, Ashley Campos, Vice President, Justin Greene, Secretary and Jeff Sasse as Treasurer. The new Board Members will contribute a wealth of experience for restaurant marketing and delivery services. Two open positions will be filled by the annual conference in September.
“The Board of Directors is comprised of a dedicated team of community leaders committed to providing critical leadership and decision-making that is vital to our organization and the members,” said Ruston Hicks, outgoing President of RMDA. “We are privileged to have such a talented group of board directors and we anticipate that the diverse experience will add significant value in setting standards for food safety, fair pricing and overall revitalization of the restaurant economic ecosystem.”
RMDA represents the $40 billion takeout and delivery industry and offers benefits, activities and networking opportunities. It has many features including locations of services, member discounts and has forums for discussion on many relevant topics for RDS owners. The Board of Directors and fellow volunteer participants are committed to working hard on the behalf of its members to ensure the future of the restaurant industry and boost the image of the RDS industry to the restaurant world.
